Course Overview
Three lessons on the wheel, learning how to work with clay and create your desired vessels.
Two lessons focusing on trimming your pieces, adding attachments, alterations, and other techniques.
One lesson learning to apply glaze, stencils, and other final touches.
Your pots are then fired one final time through the kiln and ready to be picked up!
Each lesson is 2 hours long, 6 lessons per course.
All-inclusive studio with full access to materials and equipment. (Kiln firings run outside of class.)
Lesson Pricing
$320 Full Course (6 Lessons, Save 10%)
Single Lessons Available at $60/each.
Children’s Lessons Available at $50/each
Memberships: $15/Hour, Clay/Glaze at Cost. Inquiries welcome.
Paint Your Own Bisqueware
If you’re looking for a one time visit to the studio, on your own or with friends, this option is perfect for you. Select from a range of bisqueware vessels and then cozy up next to the woodstove for leisurely painting. I offer a range of vessels from mugs to plates, but if you are looking for something specific like planters or candlesticks, I will happily prepare it for you prior to your reservation.
Each reservation is scheduled on your time lasting an average of 2 hours and priced by individual vessel(s) chosen (ranging from $25-$75 depending on type of pottery selected).
